IERC Publication: Restructuring Principal Preparation in Illinois: Perspectives on Implementation Successes, Challenges, and Future Outlook (2015-3)

Results of phase one of a implementation review study of Illinois’ new policy for principal preparation indicate that a majority of those interviewed support the policy goals and have a positive outlook on its future impact. Concerns about a constricted pipeline and strained resources were also expressed. Future policy implications are suggested.  More
